These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 58qcom ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 58qcom website located at https://58qcom.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, instant games, esports betting and any promotional activities offered through the platform.

58qcom is an English-language online betting information and platform site designed primarily for adult Pakistani users. The platform is operated for informational and entertainment purposes. By accessing, registering for or using any part of 58qcom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 58qcom.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 58qcom, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Platform will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all Funds frozen and any winnings voided pending investigation.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorised to do so in writing by 58qcom.

3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. If you reside in or access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Platform. 58qcom does not claim to be licensed or authorised in Pakistan; Pakistani users accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under your own name or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any associated Funds and winnings.

3.5 Excluded Persons

The following persons are ineligible to register for or use the Platform: (a) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling; (b) individuals identified by any national self-exclusion register relevant to the operator's licence; (c) employees, contractors, affiliates, agents or family members of 58qcom or its technology and content partners.

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the relevant action. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately via our support channels.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

58qcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, breach of these Terms, self-exclusion requests, AML suspicion or misuse of bonuses. On Account closure, any remaining Funds (net of outstanding liabilities, fraudulently obtained amounts and forfeited Bonus Funds) may be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and AML clearance.

58qcom operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. You acknowledge and accept that the following requirements apply:

• You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document — a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport are the standard accepted forms.
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) may be required where the operator deems it necessary.
• A selfie or liveness check — a photograph or short video of you holding your identity document — may be requested to confirm document ownership.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be required before withdrawals are processed.
• Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) may be applied to accounts with higher transaction volumes, requesting source-of-funds documentation.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe requested by 58qcom may result in deposit restrictions, withdrawal suspension or Account closure. Funds held in an unverified Account will remain frozen until verification is completed or, following investigation, may be returned via the original deposit channel.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. 58qcom does not accept deposits from third parties; funds must originate from a payment source held in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. All transactions are processed in PKR or the equivalent value where the cashier supports conversion.

References to payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear on the Platform as familiar Pakistani payment context only. These institutions do not endorse, support or partner with 58qcom in relation to gambling services. Users must verify whether their payment provider permits transactions with gambling merchants before initiating a deposit.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have completed the required KYC verification; (b) the amount requested must not exceed your available real-money balance; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable; (d) withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible, as an AML control measure.

6.3 Processing Times

58qcom does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Timelines depend on the method selected, your KYC status, any AML review requirements and the policies of the relevant payment provider or bank. 58qcom will process withdrawal requests within its internal processing window, but the ultimate credit date to your account or wallet depends on factors outside 58qcom's control.

6.4 Fees

58qcom does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, payment providers may apply their own fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply where the Platform currency differs from your payment method's native currency.

6.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Dormant Account fees and the procedure for reactivation will be as specified in the Platform's published fee schedule at the relevant time. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the Platform's absolute discretion. 58qcom reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager, market or account without providing a reason, including where it suspects abuse of pricing errors, system manipulation or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

7.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a price or odds is published in error (manifest error), 58qcom reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price, regardless of whether they have been declared settled, and to correct the error. Settlement will be based on the correct price at the time the bet was placed where this can be determined.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Markets

Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other Pakistan cricket events — are subject to the specific market rules published in the Platform's sports rules section. References to PCB, PSL and ICC are sports context only and do not imply any official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with those organisations.

7.4 Casino and Game Rules

Each casino game, live dealer title and instant game on the Platform is governed by its individual game rules, available within the game interface. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages may be displayed; confirmed RTP values are those published in the game's own information panel. The Platform uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for non-live game titles.

7.5 Disputed Results

Bet settlement decisions made by 58qcom are final once officially declared. Users wishing to dispute a settlement must contact support via the Help Centre within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and loyalty rewards, are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions on 58qcom:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) and must be completed within the validity window specified in the offer terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility conditions — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying payment methods, game contribution rates and geographic restrictions — are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements, exploit pricing errors, use multiple accounts or coordinate with other users to abuse promotional offers will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and any derived winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• PKR Figures: Any PKR bonus amounts stated in promotional materials are illustrative. Actual bonus values are determined by the published offer terms at the time of claim. Currency conversion from other display currencies uses the Platform's prevailing exchange rate.
• Modification or Cancellation: 58qcom reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Users who have already opted into and commenced meeting requirements for a promotion will not have the terms materially worsened mid-fulfilment without reasonable notice.

58qcom is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We require all Users to engage with the Platform's responsible gambling tools and acknowledge the following obligations and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: A maximum loss threshold per session, day, week or month may be set. Once reached, real-money wagering access is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders and hard session caps to prevent extended continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion via the responsible gambling section of their Account or by contacting support. During exclusion, the Account is closed and cannot be reopened early under standard policy. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or submitting falsified, altered or third-party identity documents during KYC.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without their express authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, exploit pricing or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Colluding with other users, employees or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, odds or the results of any promotional activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to derive monetary advantage; any amounts obtained through such exploitation will be void and subject to recovery.
• Conducting any activity that interferes with, disrupts or damages the Platform's infrastructure, security measures or service availability.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory conduct towards Platform staff or other users.

All content on the 58qcom Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, game content and data — is the proprietary property of 58qcom or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; (b) reverse engineering of any Platform software; (c) framing or linking to the Platform in a manner that creates a false impression of association or endorsement; or (d) use of any automated data extraction, scraping or harvesting tools.

The 58qcom name, logo and branding are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Any unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58qcom and its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Financial losses arising from the outcome of any bet, wager or game — gambling involves inherent financial risk and all bets are placed at the User's own risk.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, data loss or technical errors beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with applicable local law in their jurisdiction.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform that is not a confirmed contractual obligation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 58qcom's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

58qcom's total aggregate liability to any User, where liability is not otherwise excluded, shall not exceed the total value of real-money Funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, processing and transfer of your personal data by 58qcom is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering for an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key processing purposes include account administration, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling controls and service improvement.

Personal data submitted for KYC — including CNIC copies, passport scans and selfie/liveness verification images — must only be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. 58qcom will never request sensitive identity documents via unsecured email, SMS, WhatsApp or third-party messaging applications.

58qcom reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. Continued account activity following the effective date of a change will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not override mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to first contact 58qcom through the official support channels to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the parties may refer the dispute to the applicable dispute resolution body specified by the Platform operator's licence authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate rights.
