Data Protection at a Glance

How 58qcom Protects Your Data

End-to-End Encryption

All data in transit is protected by TLS encryption. HTTPS is enforced across every page of the Platform — from the registration form to the cashier and beyond.

Secure KYC Portal

CNIC copies, passports and selfie/liveness data are accepted only through the official secure HTTPS verification portal — never via email, SMS or third-party chat.

No Data Sales

Your Personal Data is never sold to data brokers, advertising networks or third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop — no exceptions.

Your Rights, Respected

Access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data — or withdraw consent for optional processing — by contacting us. Requests acknowledged within 72 hours.

Defined Retention Limits

We retain your data only as long as necessary. Account and KYC records are held for five years post-closure in line with AML obligations; other categories have shorter defined windows.

Processor Accountability

All third-party vendors handling your data sign formal data processing agreements. They may only process your data for documented purposes — not for their own benefit.
